A Pet Taxi Fee ($25) will be automatically added to invoices for all veterinary visits. An emergency fee will be charged according to the time needed to handle the emergency.
Snow Removal
We live in a snowy climate! It is essential that your driveway is plowed and walkway is maintained during snow storms! Please make arrangements PRIOR to any vacation cares and dog walks. POMPC is not responsible for plowing or shoveling during the winter months. If your driveway is not reasonably maintained, we will not be to provide services! The pet owner is still responsible for cancellations due to weather or driveway maintenance. POMPC is not responsible for any plowing or snow removal services.
Hazardous Toys & Food
POMPC is not liable for ingestion of any toxic or harmful household items and food your pet may find in your home. Dogs and cats are curious creatures, and most LOVE food. It is common for dogs to mistake food or items as tasty treats! Toys that can be torn up and subsequently ingested must be put away during the time of service. We are happy to give treats, Kongs, and enrichment toys to your pups during the time we are attending to errands. Please remove all hazardous toys and toxic foods from your pets access before the time of service. Please let your pet sitter know if your pets have a tendency to chew or be destructive.

In the case of an emergency, POMPC can retrieve food from the store if necessary but are not responsible for the purchase price of the food. A Pet Taxi fee will be added to the invoice in the event of a sitter having to retrieve more food from a store.
