Client portal
POMPC offers their clients the access to an online client portal for all of your pet care needs. Our software is powered by Time To Pet and our clients enjoy how user friendly the portal is. After onboarding you will receive a Welcome E-Mail to your own portal as well as information about the Time To Pet App. On your portal you can request dates, view and receive invoices, edit your pet's personal information, communicate with your pet sitter and much more!

Snow removal policies must be followed during winter months.
All walkways and driveways must be clear, plowed and maintained during all pet cares.

"Two months before our wedding and honeymoon, our dog Sadie was diagnosed with a rare pancreatic cancer. She suddenly required very specialized daily care. Because of this, we could no longer leave her with family, and were denied by boarding facilities. Shayla was able to take Sadie in her care and we were able to comfortably enjoy our time away without any worry. She provided frequent updates and was easy to communicate with. She even left us with a a framed wedding gift which was so incredibly thoughtful!

Our motto has always been if you can't tell our dogs apart, you can't watch them. Then along comes Shayla who not only can tell all of our black dogs apart, but knows their personalities, their idiosyncrasies, and gives each a little nickname. We always get photos of how they spent their days, fun stories of who body slammed who, and she keeps our house cleaner than we do. She also ensures one of our pups gets medication and a thundershirt in prep for storms and fireworks. We have a very high standard of care for our pets and Shayla takes that as seriously as we do. From caring for our seniors with dignity and grace, to making sure the puppies get to run wild regularly, knowing we have a vet tech watching our dogs, cats, and livestock while we're away makes vacations a whole lot more peaceful. I'd love to not recommend Shayla purely to ensure she's always available for our trips but since that wouldn't be fair to her, and she has yet to agree to moving in permanently as our live-in farm sitter, we have to give her 5 stars.
